By using digiteyes.co or engaging DigitEyes Consulting for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

DigitEyes builds and hosts custom AI avatars for business clients. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

A one-time setup fee is due before work begins. Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand assets, content, and API keys. DigitEyes retains ownership of the underlying infrastructure and tooling. A Docker handoff option is available for clients who wish to self-host.

Limitation of liability

DigitEyes is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, OpenAI) or events outside our reasonable control.
