How long does setup take?

Most avatars are live within a few business days of receiving your details and API keys. Complex custom builds may take longer - we'll give you a clear timeline upfront.

Which platforms does the embed work on?

Any platform that allows a custom HTML snippet - Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, Shopify, or custom-coded sites. If you're not sure, just ask us.

We monitor upstream provider changes and push updates to keep your avatar running. In the rare event of a major disruption, we'll work with you to migrate to an alternative provider - your configuration and content are never locked to a single platform.
